Purpose of the Website

This is a private reference site with no ties to a public office. It does not hold official records, confirm whether a person is in custody, release anyone, accept filings, change a booking entry, or act for the Garland County Sheriff’s Office or Detention Center.

Pages point visitors toward Garland County booking resources, the county-linked roster, Arkansas VINELink, Arkansas Department of Corrections services, courts, and outside research tools. A link is navigation, not an official statement or endorsement.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes. In particular, you must not:

Garland County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not offer screening services through this site. You agree not to use any information found here for:

• hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision;
• tenant screening, leasing, or another housing decision;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA Act.

Links Beyond This Site

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking resources, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-aid information, federal locators, and third-party search services. We do not control their content, uptime, security, data handling, or terms. Review a destination’s own policies before using it. A link does not mean that we endorse its operator or guarantee its information.
